I think it's where they're going to keep the wounded and dying after a biological attack on our country... no... I think they're going to TEST biological agents on the American people, then house the afflicted there like rats for experiments. They'll justify it in 100 years by saying the research done there helped save millions of other Americans as well as people from around the world. "The good of the many," they'll say as Mr. Spock said decades ago, "...outweighed the good of the few."

That's what those buildings are for... and the barbed wire and electrical fencing... Ah... the secrets those buildings will hold...
