Are the presale tickets sold via ticketmaster?

Or are they sold directly from Queen or another company or something to that effect?

Im asking because ticketmaster for some reason hates me and my debit card, despite it working fine everywhere else, and Im terrified I wont be able to buy tickets at all come 1pm tomorrow.

I think I discovered the problem when I was buying Stone Gods tickets a while back, and it just wouldnt let me pay.

The answer was no. Worry not my friends, I have my tickets.
