hangman would be an excellent idea. imho it actually sounds a lot like a free song (something that might not be a coincidence after all really). never mind that it would be really cool to finally have it played again after all these years it could also potentially be used in marketing "queen records/plays long-lost song" or something. maybe it could be used as a b-side or bonus track.
