Without any doubt: A Saucerful Of Secrets by the Floyd. Especially the live versions, like the one on the live disc of Ummagumma. How totally chaos can segue into a peaceful tune. The organ part is just beautiful.

I never really paid much attention to Chet Atkins until I got a hold on a tutorial DVD he did called "The Guitar Of Chet Atkins". By God he could play and then some!! So from that I am gonna nominate two songs he did and they are -
