No, I did not get an answer, I don't think the admin wants to look into this on the weekend
There is a consistency in how things never work on QOL. You need to re-login to the forum all the time, it takes up to 5 minutes for a thread to open, the main page must be the slowest on the internet and now the mailing list, the presales and the album club - just nothing really works.

"here" is again the QOL admin. Cool how they try to blame me now - like I do not know my own email address (plus they emailed me to this very email address that the order is being "peocessed")

That's what happens with me too. That Nick dude whom you write to then told me to try contacting the QOL store, whom then sent me a form letter regarding ticket purchases and never responds in person.
This morning I wrote again and asked that they cancel my pre-order and album club, stating that since the album club doesn't recognize me and they won't reply addressing my concerns, I do not trust them. They'd better remove the pre-charge to free up the funds at my bank too..
I'll just buy the fucking album in store for 1/3 the price and miss out on the slipcase and poster I guess.
Oh, and to be totally honest.. after that email I got yet another form email regarding tickets, so I wrote: "I didn't write about tickets, you fucking morons" And then got another so I wrote: "First, cancel my order. Second, blow me."
