Apparently there is a new radio ad for the tour that features a snippet of a new track. The lyrics that can be heard are:

"We got the cosmos rocking, We got the cosmos rocking"

I hope the album is BETTER than those tracks.

Unfortunately I don't think this is a joke. Anybody in the UK care to try and record the ad?

This sounds awful! How much can Brian milk his book???!!!
Yes i heard it yesterday morning on REAL RADIO in wales about 11.10am it mentions the hall of fame induction and what i heard was c-lebrity but i'm unsure as to whether it's the studio version, but it sounds clearer so it could be.

Obviously it's advertising the CIA GIG in october great to hear it nonetheless.
Yes we'll keep on tryin we'll tread that fine line oh oh we'll keep on tryin till the end of time till the end of time.
Just heard that radio ad and I must say that "we got the cosmos rocking" sounded like absolute fucking shit.

Lyrics to C-lebrity sound a bit dodgy as well. Overall, if the new album is similar to what I've heard thus far I'll be having serious doubts about going to see them live.

"We got the cosmos rocking"? fuck. off.

uhm being italian i don't get immediately the meaning of such expression.
but it sounds cool to me!and the music too (well for what a 3 seconds bit can tell)
Anything too stupid to be said... is sung.
It didn't sound good to me... like Status Quo... I hate Status Quo...
I duuno- don't want to judge the song by 3 second clip- that would be ridiculous ;) But I'm yet to hear something REALLY big, REALLY good... Mind you- I like C-LEBRITY, but... still waiting for sth huge...

Why oh why oh why can't you people get your facts right?

it is quite clearly a five second clip, not three as somebody laughably suggested, and this is clearly enough to base a judgement on...

I think we've found the cover song on the album though - anyone have any in depth knowledge of obscure Quo B sides?
I thought c-lebrity was the cover song??

Honestly, I don't think a 5 second snippet of a song ever managed to make me laugh that hard yet. I'm looking forward to an extremely (intergalacticly) funny complete song, or otherwise I'll be disappointed.

well if the cosmos is rocking ,it reminds me of 70s glam rock.and from what i heard i liked it.

Same.
I must apologise for my pathetic post above. A slightly harsh review of a 5 second clip. Still, doesn't detract from the thought of "WTF?"
