ALL RIGHT NOW, COVER SONG FOR THE NEW ALBUM?

Helllllllllllllo People!!

What do you think, they play it so well live, it seems common sense to record it for the new album?
(Suppose i'll get all the know it alls start moaning about this one!!)

So how would Paul be covering that, exactly?

By that logic they could cover Bohemian Rhapsody as well!

I think it may be Hendrix's Red House or Lennons Imagine as they performed both on the last tour.

We forgot the songs from the 46664 concert. The Call and another one.

This would be the worst choice. ARN may have been a good song back in the 60s but right now it's one of the most annoyingly overplayed songs in history. Only "Nanana nanana hey hey goodbye" is worse.

Seriously though, I don't think there is ANY chance that All Right Now will be on the album. I don't understand why so many people think that the cover version is going to be a Queen or Paul Rodgers track.

I could think of a few songs that are worse than that.... but yes, ARN is an annoying song due to the fact it is overplayed. Paul has done many more better songs than this one

I know. That's a head scratcher to me as well.
Last time I checked, playing a cover meant doing a song from a catalogue other than your own.

Well actually if we'd take a listen to that radio advert snippet - it's ARN plays after studio versions of C-Lebrity and Cosmos...

Someone mentioned 'Gimme More' on another thread.

I'd rather that than Allright now - as you say, on the basis of imagination.
