Smoking has been remarkably easy for me to give up. Two weeks yesterday in fact, and no more help (lozenges) either.
But as for this.. they don't really explain what the teacher's point was but I'm sure his intentions were good.
As a child and teen I swore I'd never go near a nasty cigarette and I didn't.. until I was 23 years old and tried one with friends just because it was so "funny" to do, with me being so anti-smoking and all. Well wouldn't you know, I was a natural and loved it. LOL
Good-bye 14 years of stupidity. Those friends sucked anyway. My new friend is fudge cake.
