Funny Nonsense

We all know on the Q+PR tours that they pick the heavier rock songs for Paul to sing, for that's what fits his voice best.

But what if they chose the items in the Queen song catalogue that totally DON'T fit his voice? I occasionally think of what this would sound like when I want to bring a little humor in to my life (or just songs by ANY artist that would sound funny with Paul's overdone bluesy vocals).

What I've come up with so far:

What do you guys have to add? And hey, just to make it even more fun, you can throw in non-Queen songs just to spice things up (it'd be pretty funny to imagine him singing some ABBA, for instance).

Ha. I have to say that even as a paul rodgers fan, I do laugh at him singing IWTBF. It sounds ridiculous! Sounds like he's singing it in an indian accent!

I think his version of TSMGO has got better with time, but I agree that AKOM is awful.

what if they dont play old queen songs.but just a complete new album ,and some bad company+free songs.you never know lol.

Rofl, good point Serry. And his I Want to Break Free is hilarious...makes me think of a macho manly-man who gets really drunk at a bar, finds his more "feminine" side and decides to belt out Break Free in an alcohol-induced coming-out moment!
