A question about Elton John gig at which Freddie was invited

Hi !

I'd like to ask if there does exist a video or audio recording of the 19.11.1982 Apollo Theatre, Manchester, UK show. If I am not mistaken some Queenzoner asked about it on the Elton John forum.
I also wanted to ask if there does exist a complete recording of Freddie and The Royal Ballet as some pieces were used after broadcasting interview with Freddie.
