Well im no expert, but.
The main issue were dealing with here is copyright. The book you have has a copyright symbol on the cover, which means you cannot make COPIES of it and pass it on to other people whether it is for money or as in you're case for free.
Lets say you had 20 OFFICIAL books in a box. Then you can come on here and sell them no problem, same as Paul is doing with his official Queen records etc. He can sell his stuff here as long as none of it is a copy, the same way you can sell your book to a second hand book shop.
If your hellbent on sharing the book you could record yourself reciting it and post it here as a torrent. But FLAC only mp3 is for girls.

Anyway, official or not...The spanish edition of this book is pure crap, i bought it in December of last year and i sold it on Ebay because it was pure rubbish.
I don´t know if english version is better or not, but i lost the interest after read it in spanish.

I was about to say the same in the deleted post. The spanish edition of this book is a complete mess. I don´t know if it has something to do with the translation or ... whatever!
I even couldn´t read it to the end ... it is boring and repetitive and structured badly ... a total shame such product has the "official" label on it. Hope the original edition in english is much better.

Last time I checked, the magazines on the shelves are from 2008, not 1978. Legalities aside, you can't compare sharing a scan from 1978 to a scan of a book that is currently in print.
I don't compare scans from 1978 to scans of a book that is currently in print, I compare copyrights notes - reproduction of magazines is prohibited as well as of the books. This is not about 'share all your books, gentlemen!', this is about 'there's no need in moral teachings when we all are not saint'.
P.S. Queencuttings contains scans of magazines from 2008 ( http://www.queencuttings.com/dblog/articolo.asp?articolo=368 ) and I can't see someone here crying that it has to be closed, but I see people enjoying that site and using stuff from it.
