Sorry, but it won't help reuploading.
Usually you just have to wait a day or so to download it. If it continues I'll upload it somewhere else:-)

part 22 worked perfectly here using Firefox 3 RC 2 (release candidate 2)

or just try using IE, it should be work tho.
