Sadly, not an upgrade.
It's the same common (blurry) version around
re-encoded and with simulated stereo sound, that's the reason for 2GB.
Ok... thanks for the info!

Somewhere, perhaps. It was broadcast on TV somewhere. What we have here is probably a second or third gen copy from TV.

It does not come from a 2nd or 3rd gen VHS tape but it comes from VHS. The slightly "blurry" picture comes from the Japanese TV, we also have that on the "Jewels" DVD. I don't know why that is but we used to have it on old US TV productions (pre 1980), too.
The 2 GB come from the file length, it's only 32 minutes, 2 GB are normal.

Still a bit blurred, but nothing major.

Not "perfect", but a "longer" version does exist

What about the footage of Dreamers Ball on the ANATO DVD? It looks like this show to me.
I guess it's completely filmed, because they show songs from the beginning, the middle and the end of the set. Still, it's just an assumption :)
BTW, I do like this version of Don't Stop Me Now. Freddie having troubles singing it and Roger helping him out.

What what what ? Where exactly is the footage (video clip disc or documentary disc, which part ...) ? I would like to check it.

I love it too, you can hear that the guy suffers and how he's happy when he manages to scream higher notes during the middle improvisation

I guess it's Dreamers Ball, because Roger is behind the small drumkit in the middle of the stage. It's the video clip disc. I'm going to check it out for you.
It could be Paris as well, here's one shot: http://img514.imageshack.us/img514/64/screensv7.png
I had some trouble with gaining a good screenshot, but this gives you a global image.
There's also another shot of Roger from the other side, minus Freddie and the part of John's bass.
EDIT: You can see these shots in the last bit of Good Company ;-)
EDIT2: Dammit, seems like printscreen doesn't work for this! It's a black screen now (at least here), so I'm going to try it once more in a different way!
I can't remember this b&w footage. Which video you used for make this caps??

Well they made it b&w, because the whole Good Company video is like that ;-)
I used VLC media player to make snapshots (video disc of the ANATO DVD)
It's hard to tell where it's from. It really looks like Tokyo, because of the cameras' position and the close-ups. I can't remember Paris having these kind of close-ups.
Although it's still hard to tell. We had this discussion before, but can't remember what the outcome was.

Without a doubt it's from Tokyo. Thanks for the reminder about that!
But the reason for identifying it as Tokyo is simply comparing the clothing they're wearing. We can't use close-ups as the only reason, as there is multi-cam footage from Paris on The Champions and the Magic Years, with plenty of close-ups.

You're right about that, Bob. Been some time out of the Queen world, so I forgot about Paris having such close-ups as well ;-)
