This is a Japanese artist covering Freddie Mercury's "Living on my own". This is from the year 2000 but it hasn't been posted here before so...

I think she's really hot and has a nice voice. Freddie would've been proud except for the dumb jumping she does when she sings "Dee do de de". I can understand Japanese but I don't like her Japanese songs at all since I'm not a fan of Japanese music in general. But you guys should check out her other English covers.

She has a great voice for this song, one of the better covers. Also the band is great, they just need a better guitar player :)

One of them. Ayumi Hamasaki is another, though her Engrish isn't that good :(

Utada also interviewed Brian once a few years ago for one of her radio shows. Should be available online somewhere??
By the way, this performance comes from her Bohemian Summer 2000 concert DVD ;-)

Ayumi is big too, but I thought that Utada had the biggest-selling debut album and single of all time in Japan...?
Anyway, you seem to be a big Japanophile so you should know better but GAWD I wanna hear that Brian May interview.
