I have seen the video for No one but you.
But almost nothing with him after that.

Look closer, he IS sporting hair on top, it's just receded a bit and blends into the background. The white hair on the sides stands out so it looks like he's...well...you know.

Actually there is a better, larger quality copy of it.
Just not as easily available as you may think.
