no i dont think so, i closed my eyes and focused deeply but couldnt see it good but when i open my eyes i see it instantly on surfaces, like right away!

Try looking at things with just your right eye (left eye closed). Then rest for a while, and then try looking at things with just your left eye (with right eye closed). Hold your hand over your closed eye so you don't have any muscle strain in the eye you are looking through.
So, in other words, don't try to see this layer effect while your eyes are closed, but when they are open (but just one eye at a time).
If you get your eyes checked out by a doctor, he will check your vision one eye at a time this way to see if there are any changes going on and you know, if you get glasses, probably each eye will be different. For example, I am nearsighted and my left eye is slightly worse than my right eye.

You probably have a severe case of visual snow... See an opthalmologist ASAP. I don't think you're making it up though, because I'm a student of medical school and the case you're describing is a recognized phenomenon. Some quick questions: Are your friends drugging you with you not knowing? Do you have any eye-pains? Have you ever incurred any eye damage? Do you have migraine?
Another name for the phenomenon you're experiencing is "aeropsia". I don't think it's been decisively settled but, I believe I read somewhere that there are some infectious diseases that cause it. You might have spread it to your friends. You should report this to a doctor.

I dont have migrain or eye pain, only thing i have tried is psylocibin mushrooms but it cant have much to do with it since i saw the exact same thing a while back and i had never tried mushrooms or anything else back then.
