You might want to cut down on the Benzedrine, buddy.
My wife's first boyfriend (from 20 years ago) used to live with his partner in Charleston SC until about a year ago. They said that Charleston had a thriving, well-known gay community, and that the gay community was "well-tolerated" in the "conservative" south (almost no lynchings!).

and he got pissed off if you called him confetti.
well, he sometimes talked about his old boyfriend during class (which by the way was odd and disturbing because no teacher actually talks about his/her love life at school..) and whenever someone pissed him off (which was everyday since we were his worst class), somebody would whisper "someone didn't get laid last night" and he would start yelling hysterically about how disrespectful it was to get off the subject (he meant math).
well there's tons of stories about him, but i hated that teacher so much!!! >< i'm so glad i don't have him anymore!!
