Isn't that really the exact same kind of rant? He's really saying that it's costing him more time and money to retrieve his messages, as you are complaining about the rate on your cable. Not much difference is there?

Some of his "rants" are quite funny. I was very much amused by his frustration at not being able to find the then new Oatabix cereal in his local supermarkets a year or two ago. The things some people have to worry about eh? I wonder how many boxes of the stuff got sent to him?
