I know there was a box set released by the Beach Boys called 'Pet Sound Sessions' that featured the original album, plus backing tracks, acapella, out-takes etc. I thought it would be really cool for Queen to do the same. I think 'A Night At The Opera' and all the other studio albums like this would be really cool, what you think?
I think another important reason that we don't have ANY release with unfinished stuff or alternate takes is that Queen are such perfectionist and wouldn't like a release that captures not so perfect moments. Such as songs and takes that weren't good enough for the album
"On the first day Pim & Niek created a heavenly occupation. Pim & Niek blessed it and named it 'Loosch'." (Genesis 1:1)

Does this mean we can expect the next releases to be the abridged versions of the albums with the lousier songs removed? :P
I hope all the unreleased songs on the boxset are top quality. I hope the fucking box set is released before I die as well. I smoke so much I'll probably end up dying in a couple years, if that.

Now hand David Brendam one of those mint chips, aiight?
"Please buy my upcoming album... I need the money"

That wasn't what I was getting at by impersonating him; of course he doesn't decide!
I am right in thinking he comes on here to bitch though, no matter what the topic.
The only Queen related release I look forward to is this stupid boxset, but I'll probably be dead, or to old to care.

Something tells me we'll only get the thing when the members of Queen themselves are at that stage.

Well, aren't they...?
We got the Cosmos rockin'! We got the Cosmos rockin'! We got the Universe rockin'! We got the Cosmos rockin'! We got the Cosmos rockin' to the mighty power of rock'n'roll!

I wouldn't be shocked if it turns out that the artwork of the new album is made by Brian, instead of some specially selected artist who did a study for it[/QUOTE]

Brian was responsible for the cover of Queen, wasn't he?
You just can't beat the reasonably priced mosquito repellant OFF.
Yes, together with Freddie and Douglas Puddifoot (their photographer in those days). Which means Brian had to compete with two very visual persons, so his input probably was minimal.
