Doesn't he? No one here seems to mention him much!

I'm excited for his next album which will be released September 2nd, 2008!

You can hear clips of a couple of his new songs on his website www.brianwilson.com and he brings back his falsetto on 'Forever My Surfer Girl'

He's a legend. Saw him live last year. He was in a happy mood which is rare. It was nice to see him rocking on his bass during Surfin' USA.
John: "It's the one thing I wish I could do - sing."
I gotta go to one of his concerts sometime. I seem to keep missing them everytime he's in the New England area.

Brian Wilson is a legend. I would like to buy him a cookie!

he was the greatest writer in ihs day but at the moment he is just a shrielved joke. a wrinkly old man
he doesnt rock, he 'shakes' with parkinsons or whatever.

i think he should even retire. see him at "live 8"?? it was more like "Cripple 8".

So really what you are saying is that anyone with Parkinsons disease (assuming that Brian does have that), should retire? Utter rubbish. That man still has more talent in him than most of the so called "talent" that hits the charts these days.
"Normally i can't dance to save my life. But as soon as I step in dog shit, I can moonwalk better than Michael Jackson."
David Coverdale rocks.
I'm sick of all my kicks.

He has tardive dyskinesia. He's not crippled. And he's not that old. Paul McCartney is older by a couple days haha. He produces and writes his own music, sometimes with co-writers, other times not, and his music still rocks... so, fuck off.

Useless? He is still accomplishing things that will out-do anything you do in your pathetic life. Someone holding him up? He seems to walk normally, so I don't think he needs anyone to hold him up.

Go to www.brianwilson.com and see the video on the front page... walks normally, and the new music he wrote and recorded is excellent.

That Lucky Old Sun is a lot better than the other solo albums Brian has put out in the last 2 decades (save for Smile which doesn't really count IMO). The demo's for the project leaked earlier this year, so most BW fans have heard them by now.

Saw him live twice - once on the SMiLE tour and last year too. He's still no natural performer, but there's something about watching this guy perform his songs - knowing all the shit he's been through. I'd definitely go again if he comes back to Holland once more - let's hope for a TLOS tour!

Yeah, it is. I love the sounds of it, some nice rock and some nice ballads.
