In fact, I don't think I ever met a Dutch person that was not genuinely courteous and friendly. That's why I go back every year. It's a pleasure. No abuse, no rude people butting into conversations, no shouting, no-one aggressive or brash.

God, I wish more British people (and other nationalities near and far) were more like the peace-loving respectful Dutch.

Well, I did see Greg Brooks at some meetings. Seemed like a nice guy. I just can't help having doubts about Queen Archivist. Greg Brooks didn't strike me as someone that would continue to start why-don't-you-like-me-threads. I suspect somebody's trying to be funny out here.

of course mr brooks does great work bringing us all that music - thanx for that. of course people are different when writing in a forum vs. being met personally ... but the stuff being uttered by queen archivist is often ... well ... interesting in a depth psychological way - to say the least. and yes: i never met shakespeare, but i got some kind of opinion on him. somebody already put it the right way: why don't you stop?? more than often it's just childish. good night.
