Greg, thank you for the response mate. Xmas 2009 for the book and the following year for the box sets. Great i can't wait!

You are going back to work for Queen now full time and so we will miss your humourous fucking comments.

It seems that nobody on here can ask any questions or post any comments on here without being abused.

Fair enough it's only text on a screen and i and others here can laugh it off, but it's people like ourselves who will end up going to the concerts, buying the cd's etc. and we are not entitled then to pass any comments or discuss what's in the vaults etc. on this website. So much for democracy.
Ta ta old bean, don't forget to write...

I guarantee that if things carry on as they have, Greg Brooks will never be known as anything BUT a shit-stirrer.

Way to invalidate your own hard work in the eyes of the public consciousness, you giant douche!
See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya! xD
We love you Mandy!
Who gives a toss. I've been into queen for 20 years... do you think I give a toss about a shit book full of memorabilia... maybe when I was 15 and collecting anything that said Queen's name on it... but now there is no chance I would waste my money on such garbage. Go do some real work and give people what they actually want. What a giant waste of resources... ha ha... a book full of pics... why not just throw them on the queenonline website for free? Imagine wasting all that time making such a pointless product! This to me is why I am not holding out for any future box sets... why get sidelined with such a meaningless project, if getting box sets ready was a genuine reality? People... don't waste your time with this joker.
.......and in the same vein, there is no Rolling Stones archive box set available.

Given that they keep dragging a tired old routine around the world, is it any conincodence that the same is true of Queen?

Have you seen them?
They might be old, but one thing they are not is tired... the shows are always first class, just to watch Keith Richards do his stuff is frankly amazing, there will be very few that can hold the attention of the fans for 40+ years in the future.

These box sets seem a waste of time to me, only the very dedicated fan is going to by them and the Stones for example have arouind 400 songs, so imagine the out-takes and re-mixes, it would be mind numbingly boring to wade through 600+ tracks.

I personally don't understand why people want 14 mixes of the same song? I guess there are those that do, but personnally I would rather have new material or old concerts released, a Queen box set would be interesting to a degree, but not sure I would bother to buy it, I would have 98% of the tracks and apart from the stuff like Hangman, Silver Salmon and all the usual stuff that gets talked about here I don't think 8 mixes of We Will Rock You and 9 versions of Under Pressure would interest me greatly.
