Hello Dear Friends,

For the small time alloted on the very small stage in a sardine can full of loving friendly people from all over the world, here in Hyannis, some Queen royalty was performed.

"Save Me"
"The Night Comes Down"**
"Long Away"**
"Spread Your Wings"

**denotes a Medley.

As I understand it and as you would too, I'm no Freddie Mercury, more of a Darius Rucker (Hootie And the Blowfish) meets Scott Stapp (formerly of Creed) kind of singer with the occasional high note into an octave that Freddie could handle with ease.

The whole shebang was recorded as anyone can be on any given Wednesday night, after 8 PM EST. Please come along, drink, eat and be merry at The Black Spot Cafe Bar, 10 Ocean Street Hyannis, MA. USA. Musicians may call ahead after 9 a.m. EST to obtain a spot Wednesday nights, 15 minutes of fame in the game. http://www.myspace.com/theblackspotcafe and or http://www.theblackspotcafe.com owned and operated by Micah, your host for open microphone is Mike.

"Save Me" received a rousing round of applause, the rest, garnered applause, understandably, no one knew the material from Queen. In the key of B, the harmonica was as I noodled around, discernibly different from any solo or rhythm of Queens songs.

Thanks for coming, reading and being here, there and everywhere, please listen to my original recordings, over here at http://www.mahlers.com and or http://www.myspace.com/wkmahler

Oh christ - Wild Billy's Circus Story. As if it's not bad enough having Brooksy spraying this board with his bullshit, Billy Boy makes a come back out of nowhere.

Please don't stay here too long Billy Boy - crawl back down your hole again please.

Well, I for one would be a go for an open mic nite, but I have no idea what or where a Hyannis is and can't imagine ever being there.

But I bet the fish is excellent!
