They're just having difficulty making a good moment by editing trickery of the part where someone rushed on stage and proceeded to kick the guitarist (TM here) down to the stage floor. :-P
They may leave it out of the final video, as they dedicated it to the audience as a potential concert bonus, to let them Treasure that Moment.
And of course, there's also the necessary booing throughout the concert that picked up on all the microphones :-)

There are a lot of minority peoples in Iran; however, the dominant group are the Persians (which TM confuses with Parsi, an ethnic group from India), who are now referred to as "Iranian", because after the fall of the Shah, the country changed its name from Persia to Iran. So 'Iranian' denotes both citizenship of the country, and ethnic Persians.
And yes, I fully support the view that TM is a racist.
