Well, I found out a day before the closing ceremony of the Olympics that Jackie Chan is a singer! You guys probably don't care but I thought it would be interesting to see how he sings. At first, I laughed and thought of him singing in Rush Hour. He's not that bad! XDDDDD He sings weird. Check it out:

I'm just really bored. He sings funny.
I laughed a little. But now I know he is a bajillion things including a singer. He can do it all....

As a martial artist, he is up their with the best of them.

As an actor, lets be honest he is average. His films nearly all follow the same pattern - he plays the good guy who always wins or gets the girl in the end.

Finally as a singer, even with computers to help him he is only marginally better than Treasure Moment.

Jackie Chan fans go to see his movies for two reasons.

- His martial arts skills
- His lack of acting ability brings some comic relief

It made my day seeing Jackie Chan sing at the closing ceremony!

It even topped seeing Jimmy Page (who I thought was great, and although Im not sure about reality talent show folk, you gotta admit Leona has a top voice and it was an interesting take on Whole Lotta Love).

Whole Lotta Love was absolutely awful. And Jimmy was miming.

Agreed.

And as to Jackie Chan, how do we know he wasn't lipsynching to someone else's vocal track?

Jimmy looked like he had been stuck in a well for 50 years.

Poor guy.

I could have done without the vocalist. Just Jimmy raging away on the guitar would have been cool though. I don't know that the lyrics of Whole Lotta Love were really appropriate for the event.

I cracked up laughing when I saw Jackie Chan. So where was Chow Yun Fat? THAT guy rocks! And he's hot.

Becks was a bit of a non starter. Again.

I thought Leona did well to keep her bowels in order when she was up high on that podium thing. Poor cow looked like she was gonna shit herself.
