As i have asked for help on another thread for a Paris gig i thought the least i could do was extend the help to those who may be travelling to NEWCASTLE 4th Novemeber for the QUEEN+PR gig

there's an awesome rock bar called Trillians in the city centre of Newcastle which is open till 1pm on the night of the gig
sorry, Trillians is open till 11pm, not 1pm lol
It's open late on the weekends.
Hotels? plenty, take your pic lol
City info? great city, lots of history, definatly visit st james park and shearers bar. hopefully things will have calmed down with kevin keegan by then
Directions? depends on where your coming from and where your staying
Cheapest bars? all average really, depends on the night etc
Public transport info? East coast mainline from scotland and london. also a metro (underground) rail system, and public trains running to sunderland and hexham/carlisle
Best bars/clubs for afterwards? blue mamboo
Other places to visit outisde newcastle? erm, metro center even though its obviously something to do in the day time.
