1.) No.
2.) I have a 3 part answer for this:
a) Do you really think a low grade copy currently available on youtube.com as well as several seconds late in starting is going to somehow cause a law suit?
b) Do you see anyone on the internet that is going to somehow find your complaint as informative, effective or in any way potentially alternating to what they will to do?
c) After this USA October 28th stupidity I have ZERO sympathy for Queen's company and hope every American can get their hands on a copy legally or not. I will order a British copy by mail and meanwhile any link for a copy I can grab I'll hesitate 0.00000000000000000001 of a milisecond in your honor, how about that.

Just listened to it, and deleted the file. It's not Queen track at all. It's not my type of music.

Im proud of you for showing such restraint in listening to illegal music.
In response to your 3 part answer:
a) No. But if QP spot someone offering copyright infringing material on this site they will request for the link to be removed. If this happens on a frequent basis the site will get shut down.
This is the same reason we do not share officially released material in the announce section. Just cos something is a future release does not change the fact it is illegal and might piss off QP.
b) No. I dont think for a second anyone who shares music or films illegally gives two shits what I think. However, I will be laughing my hairy arse off when the music, film and computer game industry fully get up to speed with targeting file sharers, which is now becoming easy for them to do, and the courts are letting them do it.
All Im trying to do is prevent any risk to this site, because, despite it being frequented by a fair few brainless idiots, I quite like it.
c) Cant you see this just makes you sound a bit like a spoilt child? Boo f***ing hoo Queen are releasing their new album later in the US than the UK - trying living on this side of the Atlantic, until recently pretty much every movie came out a week or two later in the UK than the US, and even this year this has happened with a couple of films - The X Files (About a week later) and Tropic Thunder (STILL not out here) both of which I was very much looking forward to.
So what did I do? I waited, patiently. I didnt download them illegally, cursing the makers for letting someone else see them before me - I just waited. Try it sometime; it wont actually hurt you at all.

yeah, i think also this is completely legal, because Queen and PR gave permission to radio to broadcoast songs. this thing with uploading songs is just the better way for spreading Queen songs so more people can hear them. not that everyone can listen to that radio when song comes out...this argues are pointless, i don't see any problems with it, when group gave permission. let's just imagine everyone was listening the radio when Queen songs came out. theoreticly, it's possible...
