I wonder How many Cosmos album will be sold

I wonder How many albums will be sold worlwide and whether will close to Old Queen album sales or not.
Compare...Paul Rodger or new Queen ...???

my assessment is about 30 millions

...and s.m. is just talking about sales in China!!!

They'll be lucky to sell 1.5 I reckon. There's far too many more interesting bands to listen to.

Not a single doubt that this album will NOT reach anywhere beyond the vast Queen and Paul-fanbase.

WE may like the album for what it is, but it is definately not good, interesting and surprising enough to stand out when put into perspective with other artists works.

Depends on marketing, airplay, publicity from the tour and so on. That said recordsales arent what they used to be. But on the other hand you should definitely not underestimate the value of the Queen-brand. Its gonna do a lot better than the solo albums, but how much is móre uncertain.

I think the cosmos rocks will get platinum status at least that is what it deserves and i just love the negativity on this site it really makes me smile NOT.

The best selling l.p.s in the world at this point in the year 2008 only sell three million copies. Even the best selling recording artists in the world are hesitant to put anything out because nothing sells like it use to. Much of the music is just stolen off of the internet assuming you can get anyone in the public to care anyway. That's because of the horrible music that has been marketed in the pop world for the last decade and the collapse of the industry as people now just steal their music off of the internet.

Sorry man, but in this discussion it's got nothing to do with negativism but all with realism!

hear hear yes people go BUY the album with MONEY YES MONEY to fill the coffers of queen haha.

but why are most of you so negative about the new album?
its a new queen album
and the realy fans are glad something new is comming out
if you dont like it,dont buy it and save us from your negative comments....

Apparently C-Lebrity is inline for a top 20 entry in the Uk charts so thats not a bad start.
