I'm not sure if I understand your question, but I have noticed that there seems something wrong with the original Rotterdam 2005 topic (maybe that's what you mean with formatting?)

I tried to correct it; now it is a little more pretty and convenient, as I made most of the links clickable. that's when trying to do so for a week or two that it got that ugly, I don't know why, it kept adding empty lines at the
beginning and at the end of my first message.
But I can't make all the links clickable, it keeps telling me that the website has an error. Now it seems that is the best I could do.
And now I can't add any new link !!!! I think I will create a new topic with all the links presented differently !

OK, for some unknown reason I can't update this one anymore, it keeps telling me that there is an error.
So I created a new topic and presented the index there, presented slightly differently.
You can forget this one, it won't be updated !!!! Let it sink in the depths of this forum, and follow up that one instead :
