QOL checked with Royal mail.
Royal mail says they handed over the package to Dutch mail and give a tracking number.
QOL gave me the tracking number.
Dutch mail says they have no record for the tracking number.

To be continued...

That sucks....

Don't want to panic you more than needed, but last time I sent a packet overseas, with the french post offices, the tracking said that the packet crossed the border, then that it was delivered safely. In fact, it was delivered, to ME, six weeks after, and I moved in the meantime to go living in Belgium. And I discovered that in fact it didn't went further than 10 kilometres away, instead of travelling some 2.500 kilometres!
So my advice is : wait for about 30 days, ask again to the ticket services, and check if they haven't received it back. If yes, ask for a private gig in your garden on your birthday. Ask for John Deacon to be present to (at the bar). Oh, please be kind enough to record the show and share it with us !
If I can be of any help, just tell me !
Hope you can have it sorted tomorrow, it's not possible that something like that happens...

PS : where can we buy tickets for the famous Jeroen Garden's show ? presale anywhere ?

Here it is:
QOL made a mistake in my adress. (The number and lettercombination doesn't match).
After a week of search Dutch post managed to localise my package and promised to send it to me TODAY by COURIER! ;-)))

That's right! NOW I want them on a silver platter as well, for all the worries they caused me!!

Expect my final update before 17.00 hours! ;-)

Courier was JUST here. (Caught Dutch mail on another lie though because there was NOTHING wrong with my stated adress!) but I have the tickets!!
Let me conclude that all this was now clearly NOT QOL's fault!!
Thanks to them for all their friendly (though late) correspondence and help!

Well, NOW I'm off to Berlin!
