Editing profiles not working yet again

Hey Richard, when I try to go to edit my Profile, under the Members menu, it just only displays a page as if someone was looking at my profile (though incomplete).
I can't get any of those functions.

Are you able to upload a screen capture of what you are seeing?  This would help me sort it out.

It's not working again. I just tried to edit mine, all the boxes won't work and when I do adjust something on there, an error message comes up

I have the same problem :( and I haven't been able to edit it since a long time...I get an error message all the time
 
and I'd like a different avatar than this beautiful red cross

Can you tell me what web browser you are using?

I don't know a lot about computers, but do you mean a web browser like Internet Explorer?
