I recently discovered that Brian has been banning smoking in some of the recent venues they've played at. Has Brian forced Roger Taylor to quit smoking?
I have to return some videotapes.
Certainly in England it is now against the law to smoke in a place of work, which I imagine the venues would count as for musicians, so I would think that Roger would not be able to smoke there, other than possibly his own private area such as dressing room?

It is now prohibited to smoke in public places and fortunately at universities as well in a lot of countries. Ican`t understand why those guys who make their living by singing smoke at all. Don`t they care about their voice? Look George Harrison even died because of that, he had throat cancer and had been smoking heavily all his life. It is better to quit!!!
I thought Brian stopped smoking in the mid 80's.

Explain please. What's the truth.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the clip where it looks like Brian flicks a cigarette, someone who knows what I´m talking about? I belive it to be during the Magic tour, maybe even the Wembley gig.
It´s better to burn out than to fade away.
SORRY I MENT TO SAY ROGER

I Henke know what you're talking about, it's in the beginning of Radio Ga Ga in Budapest 86.

I swear he is flicking a cigarette away just before his part starts.

I thought it was general knowledge, but Roger quit smoking years ago!!
Yes it certanly looks like it. It even looks like a small cloud of smoke around his furry head.

HOWEVER, I could be wrong. It could be a joint.

I think people should be allowed to smoke at work as long as they do it outside where it doesnt affect anyone who doesnt smoke, with that said FUCK THE LAW!
