what strings did John deacon use?

Did John Deacon use Rotosound swing 66 or Jazz 77's.
To me he does not get enough treble for them to be the 66's, they sound more like flatwounds.
Does anyone know for sure?

I didn't know John wear strings. Now seriously I don't know I;m a bassplayer myzelf and I tried to figure this a out a couple of years ago. Even sent a mail to Brian May but never got a reply. Good luck

I know he liked his G-strings very tight.
