Q+PR unreleased cover - Runaway

Hi, everybody

Here is the unreleased first Queen cover song its from Del Shannon - Runaway

Runaway by Queen & Paul Rodgers is a splendid “rocked-up” cover version of the Del Shannon classic hit in 1961. Of note in this version are the hamonies created by Roger Taylor and Brian May, true to form of every Queen song. It’s an unmistakeable Queen performance. Similarly the Guitar solo midway through from Brian - again, unmistakingly Queen. Paul Rodgers vocals are clear and easy to understand whilst his tone is quite mellow, turning this song into a ‘soft rock’/easy listening tune. A great new sound from this collaboration of well accomplished rock musicians.

You can easily buy it from the iTunes store, not ideal I know but as it's the only place you can currently get it I was willing to make an exception. It's actually quite good.

my wife just listened to that.she said it was terrible(no ear for music).i semi liked it.unsure about it.maybe not an album track.but one for the collectors.
