Yes, I was just gonna say that BB is advertising it on line for the $119.  Where did you get your price, Pieter?

The CD / DVD is $12.99

CD is $9.99

Fan Pack - see above, really a good deal for all that is in it though.

I think what they should have said was that the CD / DVD edition will be a Best Buy exclusive, and not just part of that fan pack.

Isn't supply and demand a curious thing?

CD's burst onto the scene in the mid 80's at just about the same price tag they are now.  At that time, Cassette tapes were beggining the transistion from 9.99 to 10.99.  They left vinyl alone, however, knowing it was (supposedly) a dying breed.  How fortunate I was to be working in a retail record store in the late 80s.  They begin discounting that vinyl section until it disappeared.  I still have the three AKOM sealed ones I bought for 2.99 apiece!!

Cassettes hung on dearly for another 10 years or so.  The 10.99 soon went back down to 9.99.  The CD stayed the same.  Then cassettes were gone.  CDs and DVDs took over in full force.  And they've stayed at $15.99 to $19.99 during their entire reign.

So why does a record have to cost $24.99 now?

Thanks again, Pieter, for the upload.  I'm sure I'll probably need it when I go next week.
