AOL is a proxy ISP.Fun and game heaven with them ,thier software and thier browser.
Suggestion
Install the Mozilla Firefox browser ,then completely un-install AOL and all of its strings.
You will still be able to use AOL by signing in at AOLs site using Mozilla but by removing thier pathetic software you will gain about 25% of your PCs resources back.

PS...save your bookmarks 1st before removing AOL so that you can put them into Mozilla.
Google on how to save bookmarks from AOL.
