This show will be for Freddie.
We'll play not only Queen's song but also Freddie's solo project such as "Great Pretender".
I don't know how many people in Queenzone.com lives near Seoul.
If there is any Queenzoner in Korea, let't sing together!
Something wrong with John Deacon? How come no shows for John Deacon? John Deacon wrote a lot of great Queen songs including some of the songs you'll be playing. It's sad the lack of respect that John Deacon gets in the Queen cover band world. They always wanna be Freddie Freddie Freddie, Brian Brian Brian, or the little cute blonde one with the little drum set. Does anybody have any clue what it takes to be John Deacon? You guys oughta do a show or two for John.
Besides he now lives in Korea!!
I understand what you are disappointed with.
Actually, at this time our show is titled "Freddie Mercury Tribute concert."
We 0vueen are not professional musicians at all.
All of us has a regular job, so we can only play on stage about three times a year.
(In summer, in winter, and near Nov.24th-the date Freddie left this world)
Also, as you said many Queen tribute bands don't look like they respect John Deacon because their bassist doesn't look like John Deacon.
But, it doesn't mean we don't respect John Deacon.
I think it's only because John Deacon always were in anonymous costume and appearance.
All the time my favorite Queen member is John.
He has never come himself out, but he did a lot of things for Queen.
He looks like our friendly neighborhood.
So, it's hard to show John's characteristic.
Anyway, what you mean "Besides he now lives in Korea!! "?
