QUEEN guitarist BRIAN MAY is disappointed after learning his contribution to the new GUNS N' ROSES album was dropped by frontman AXL ROSE.
May teamed up with the band in 1999 to collaborate on track Catcher N' The Rye for their long awaited new LP, Chinese Democracy, which has been 14 years in the making.
But May recently found out that his efforts have been removed from the final version of the song.
He says, "It is a shame. I was proud of it."
Chinese Democracy is due for release at the end of the month (Nov08).

Ha, it's been leaked for a long while so far. Some GNR fan just played it for me the other day. It's on youtube as well.

On another note, just to contribute some sour grapes, WHAT ON EARTH DOES AXL ROSE KNOW????? For pity's sake, he fought over the right to use the Guns N' Roses name, and let the entire BAND walk?????? Honestly, Axl may have gotten the 'gold mine', but Slash clearly got the 'gold'!!
