I completely agree with everything you said except for the American band part.  I never thought a Queen release would rate bellow anyone for me but this GnrR album is far superior.  Sad but true.

I´ve already said in other post, I like the album, I found some Queen sounds on it (just a few) like someone said before maybe the first solo in "Street of dreams" is very Brian, but, What most amazed me is the one before the last song, that is the Queenish song, called "This I love", but in my opinion is not a Queenish song, is a Freddie Mercury Song, and I am sure a Slash solo would have been 10 thousand times better than the original one.
Axl was really inspired in that song....

I like this album.But there again i also loved The Cosmos Rocks and i love Metallica's Death Magnetic.Different types of Rock,but brilliant all the same.

So True,

They are the last three albums I purchased, allong with the new killers album...

and the best way to listen to it, is to just put it on and.......... enjoy it.

I think Axls voice has matured a lot.....alot more singing an alot less screeching - although its nice to hear the odd screech!
