The password is "forever" (it was stated at the end of the rapidshare post).

You must download and install WinRar (it is best to reboot after installing although the program does not tell you to do so).  Thereafter you can click open the first file with the .exe extension. 

The fully extracted DVD file will be available when you open the .exe file or else you can also right click the .exe file and select the "extract" option in the dialogue box.
