List of things i need to fix... edit subject line

I should have fixed the "editing" issue.  I forgot how the forum works in places....  And broke something, when sorting out the "subject line" thing.

Great, now the topic subject disappeared for good.

posting new topics allows you to put in the subject line.  editing the first topic, allows you to change the subject. 

replies to a topic, don't give you a "subject" field.
