Your are not... nothing is out of sync. Everything works perfect. Of course it is very sad that the show was broadcasted incomplete and in mixed track list, but we should thankful for the fact that we see another pro shot gig of the tour. I like it!!!!

I've not burnt it to disc yet, but do you think that whoever recorded it, recorded it on DVD and then ripped it but didn't realise there was a delay on the ac3?

That's a common fault.
Thanks for this BUT, you've encoded it in the wrong field order, which is why everything "jerks" when movement is involved.
I suspect that you've taken it from a stand-alone DVD recorder, ripped it into the PC, not corrected the ac3 delay time and then re-encoded it in the wrong field order

Take as reference some of the previous posts about the set up of the editing and authoring of the concert I also noticed a little problem when some movement were involved in the video!!!
