Also, I think there is a song in my Japanese music collection that is also more-or-less called "Through The Night", or "Into The Night".....can't recall exactly. I have too much music to remember everything in exact detail, LOL!
At the same time, Marcos is onto something. If you feel something of yours has been plagiarized, you COULD consult a lawyer.
However, that said, you'd have cases that'd be extremely difficult to prove even in court. The little man rarely wins against the lawyers associated with the music industry and RIAA. You'd need a damn good yet expensive lawyer if you want to get anywhere.
As well, solid, verifiable evidence to back up your case. Which I honestly would really question in your case, Mahler. As they say, anyone can write anything on the Internet...
Otherwise, be prepared in worst case scenario for a publicly huge case of humiliation :-)

Well Mahler, your attempts to create a buzz are not being perceived by us the way you would like it to. You are, as Marcos pointed out, more coming across as being paranoid rather than someone genuinely excited and trying to get the community to share your buzz.
