It's hardly much of a "petty" disagreement when YV herself had this to say when I reported the pornographic image, quoted verbatim:

"I deleted the picture, porn can really lead to trouble for a website, thanks for the alert."

Twist it all you want, Panch, but the fact YV agreed and deleted the picture accordingly overrides your argument and validates my concerns.

As for your questions regarding the "soft core" links, there's a few differences at play:

a) Those were created under artistic conditions for the purposes of merchandising or promotion. There's usually more lenience given towards these kind of images portraying nude people, but it really varies from site to site how these are enforced. If Barb has equal objections to these being posted whether as links or direct post uploads, she will delete them if she sees fit to do so.

b) The image LRT posted was not made under the aforementioned conditions, it was clearly a self-produced photo made under private personal conditions (no puns intended), and the reason we can get into trouble is because more often than not these type of images are of indeterminate origin, in that we cannot be sure if they were uploaded to the internet by the persons themselves (or other people <b>WITH</b> permission of the photo's subject(s)), OR if they were unauthorized uploads a la <i>"revenge porn,"</i> which is something you should read up on, along with the efforts of some governments (mine included) to make such type of uploads illegal.
And if it falls under the latter, this website can be sued and the owners/admins subpoenaed in a court of law. Don't think it can't happen, because it has to other websites.

Don't take it too personally. If you can come up with it, that's great. If you can't because of legal reasons with the station, then what else can you do?
People here are quick to doubt because unfortunately we've had too many incidents with trolls (LRT included) who've made dubious false claims to have such and such unreleased material that they promise to leak, and never follow through with it, never mind provide feedback when asked for it either way.
