Freddie never seemed like a good singer to me. No offence, but he was one of the worst. Probably in my bottom 10. I sometimes had to jerk CDs out because his voice made me cringe. He sounded like smelly, rotten, stinky fish. It's a good thing Brian and the boys were way better than Freddie in their respective fields, otherwise Queen would've been a below-average boy band. Good thing that faggot died, he was keeping Brian and Roger down.
Look at all the brilliant things they've achieved since Freddie died! They're now an supporting act for Paul Rodgers on most of his tours. If they're lucky, the great Paul(arguably the best singer of all time) lets them play as back-up musicians. Brian and Roger should be grateful to Paul for this as they aren't worthy enough to touch his feet.

I absolutely agree! BTW posters in other forums dedicated to other bands and singers also believe that Freddie is one of the best or the best. And surely he is the best frontman!

the only person who sounds more stupid than TM is you, their are Just as many brian and roger cultist on this site than their are of freddie. That explains why so many queenzoners think the cosmos rocks is a great work, and roger and brians boring solo albums are great. Queen + brittany spears and all the other crap they did since freddie's death is brilliant. Wake up little man!...it goes both ways. As far as freddie being the best rock singer?....you could make the case for him, and I would probably give him the #1 spot for originality and creativity he has with his voice. His ability to sing different styles from hard rock/metal to ballads and ragtime to disco and even a little mock opera thrown in for good messure. Not many rock singers could get away with singing with a real opera singer, and sounding good doing it. On the flip side, their are some you could say are equal, or you could make the case one or two are a little better. It's all opinions anyway.
