I sleep with my arm laid behind my head, so it's pretty much a nightly occurrence that my poor arm loses circulation and I have to flop it round to get the blood flowing back.
I also often have dreams where I am walking or falling or something, and right before I reach the point where I hit the ground and crack my head open, I jolt awake quite violently. At other times I get dreams where I do awful things and I have a guilty conscience, until I wake up and am extraordinarily relieved that I didn't in fact do anything at all.
What's more, I have spits go down my windpipe numerous times during the night and I wake up coughing like an old man with lung cancer.
None of this has anything to do with sleep paralysis. But I've never experienced sleep paralysis so I technically have nothing to add to that discussion.

well inu, consider that intelligence has NOTHING to do with education or what job you have. Education is just programming for a job when you memorize and repeat the information they put in your head and a job is slave work, has nothing to do with a persons intelligence and anyone who thinks that isnt bright.

yeah, sleep paralysis is an entirely another thing because you are fully awake as this happenes but unable to move, you also hear an incredibly loud buzz that sounds like electricity in your head, very weird.

It's not that bad either, I think you're making it out to be worse than it really is. Once you understand what it is, it shouldn't scare you.
