We Believe - Official Obama inauguration song?

I read this rumour on YouTube. Is there any truth to it?

The song certainly sounds like it was inspired by Barrack Obama ("...a leader to step boldly from the shadows..."), but can you imagine Queen playing at a presidential inauguration?
