I doubt it will work with the same torrent file. Well probably it will after a few minutes / hours / days when DHT starts to work.

BTW thanks Satriani that you're trying to help them

If you simply paste the Jamtothis torrent onto your post at Queenzone you will just keep downloading off Jamtothis.  If you want to upload the torrent to the Queenzone tracker you have to make a new torrent with the QZ tracker data on it.

By the way, making torrents is not difficult (usually).  It is well explained in Richard's sticky post, How to post a torrent on Queenzone.  Check it out!

I simply can't understand why all these people can't simply register to JamToThis ? Is there some problem with the registration or are these people lazy or what's going on ?

BTW thanks Satriani that you're trying to help them

There is a problem with registration, Pete. I got an account to try this torrent and it doesn't work, I've emailed three admins for help two days ago and had no reply so far...

by the way I just got this torrent thanks to Satriani and it started to work right away hehe ;-P

Thanks again Satriani! That's the helping spirit ;-)

Thank Alex, finally somebody replied normally. I erased my slighly out-of-self-control reply in the other thread.
I have the original 2 DVD set, but the best looking thing on the DVD (except the menus of course, I love Snow authoring) was the transfer of the official VHS
Thanks a lot. Exactly that's what I wanted to write. That's why many of the torrents were "banned", which were linked here from other trackers.

I thought that it was transfered from a laserdisc, but i can be wrong.

Take care

P.S. How are you Pittrek? I´ve been busy, out of Queenzone, but i hope everything is fine with you.

No, the laserdisc was the official release. This is all the stuff not on the official release.

No. The official laserdisc contains parts from both shows: 11th (can be called 12th as well) & 18th January, 1985.

I have the full footage from 11th on DVD -1 disc-, not sure if it was shared here before, and I have the 44 minutes footage broadcasted on TV in VHS and quality is quite bad.

I'm only downloading this torrent at jamtothis because of 18th show in DVD format.

Still, I hope the transfer from VHS from the 1st show, as Pete said, it's better from the previous copy I have of it.

now I remember the 18th show started off past midnight so it can be also called 19th.

OK just to get rid of the confusing information - I (and Bobby Brown) were talking about the Snow Producciones 2DVD version. This DVD is just an edit of that 2 DVD version. The SP version includes a wonderful transfer of the official video, which is a combination of both nights.
So it's LD ? That would explain why it looks better then my VHS :-)

Alex - I have also only the "washed-out" VHS copy of the first night, but apparently there are people who have a much better version, but edited. E.g. this one or this longer one . Would be nice to get those :-)

Yeas Pittrek, i was talking about the Snow version.

Every time a Rock in Rio takes place, normally TV stations- TV Globo in this case- shows little snipets from previous events to promote the event. People just have to pay atention to get this on video.
We may not get the complete show, but 4 or 5 songs would be great. But since Rock in Rio has moved to Europe, i think we just have to wait a little more :-)

Take care

P.S- I´m fine too Pitrek, just not enough time to spend on Queenzone, but that will change:-)
