It doesn't matter if the other play on the song or are in it on any way. The thing is the song appears in an album by Queen. It was released by Queen.
Otherwise we would actually have to say that Yesterday is not a Beatles song, since only Paul plays in it.

Indeed Beatles are the featured artists in that case, even if neither Harrison nor Lennon nor Starr take part in it.
That's the difference between, for instance, Bijou and The Man from Manhattan: the former has both Taylor and Deacon as co-producers (so they do participate even if they didn't play any instrument) and co-writers (credit-wise, although ... you know the story). The Man from Manhattan hasn't got any involvement from John or Roger, and that's why it's not a Queen song. On both cases, May and Mercury are involved, but they're not Queen.

Seaside Rendezvous shouldn't be in the list.. Since it's not a Queen song

And how the fuck do you make that out?

Didn't you hear Sebastian? Queen = Freddie, John, Brian and Roger.
Seaside Rendezvous doesn't have Brian, therefore it shouldn't be in the list. Also Nevermore, She Makes Me, Sleeping on the Sidewalk and You Take My Breath Away shouldn't be there
BTW... Breath does have the four of them playing (besides producing). So does Nevermore (Roger and Brian on backing vocals).
