Edge should release a solo album soon - if he can. Not that he's brilliant (steal his delay pedal and he's over), and it won't sell a million, but it will give a warning to Mother Theresa Vox.
Don't like U2 too much, and don't like the new song either.
The only songs they have that I like like are; The Sweetest thing, Hold me, thrill me, kiss me, kill me, Desire and Elevation.

He did quite a while ago.  He did the music from the film Captive, which has a soundtrack that is quite good.  It was released in 1986.  Mother Theresa died 11 years later.

The only U2 song I honestly like is "Pride(In The Name Of Love)". "With or Without You" is okay too. Much of "The Joshua Tree" album isn't half bad either.

well thats 3 minutes of my life i wont get back..utterly crap,it sounds like a late 80's Happy Mondays/Stone Roses/indie pop rock demo, dated and uninspired
no doubt Chris Moyles will play this bollox to death on his show like its some kind of 'second coming'[/QUOTE]

Thats pretty much what I thought. Substandard even for them I think.

Oh God, if Bono kept kissing Dubya's ass for the last 8 year so he could get money for Africa, chances are they he will blow Obama and toss his salad as well.

What do you think he was doing after his performance at the pre-inauguration concert?

LOL!

Bono is going to stick to Obama like a leech.
If there's something Bono loves is the media attention, and what can he love more than a celebrity magnet like Obama.

Bono, Bono......
I'm sick of all my kicks.
It's not amazing, the single.

But I like it.

God, that performance was like looking at a soggy hanky.
That performance was the worst U2 live footage I've ever watched... Besides all the Obama ass-licking throughout the songs, Bono's voice sucked big time. It sounded like he'd have to struggle to sing them well and chose not to bother... :
We got the Cosmos rockin'! We got the Cosmos rockin'! We got the Universe rockin'! We got the Cosmos rockin'! We got the Cosmos rockin' to the mighty power of rock'n'roll!
Who knows what he's been swallowing before that performance. :P
